Having grown up in a family of realtors, appraisers and lenders, it was no surprise to family and friends when – after ten years as a jewelry/gift store owner – I became a realtor.
After selling our family’s starter home years ago, my husband (Ken) and I dabbled in home construction. I designed and helped build two homes. We did much of the construction work ourselves, which gave me hands-on experience with the building process.
I continue to take classes and do research to stay informed and up to date on market trends and industry changes, which can happen daily.
As a family we spend a week together each year volunteering at our favorite community event – the Benton-Franklin fair. We also support local hockey and soccer teams and enjoy boating, skiing, wine tasting, live music events and spending time with friends.
